I am sure you will like this card game about the Royal Family. It can be integrated into the lesson "The UK is a constitutional monarchy" (Grade 9 Unit 5). The rules are inside the file. The rules seem to be long and complicated, however, do not be lazy, read them carefully and you will find the game quite interesting. It's a nice opportunity to practise speaking.

The Embassy of the United States in Tashkent is pleased to announce the 2021 Fulbright Teaching Excellence and Achievement (TEA) Program.
Program Overwiew
The Fulbright TEA Program will bring secondary-level teachers of English, English as a Foreign Language, math, science, and social studies, including special education teachers in those subjects, to the United States for a six-week program in January 2022 or September 2022 to take academic seminars for professional development at a host university and to observe and share their expertise with teachers and students at the host university and at local secondary schools.

Accident and sickness medical insurance coverage (does not cover pre-existing conditions);
Transportation to the teaching practicum school (if necessary);
A daily allowance for incidentals during the academic program;
A book/professional development allowance
A baggage allowance;
An end-of-program workshop in Washington, D.C.; and
The opportunity to apply for alumni small grants for alumni in good standing.

Here's the activity that my students and I enjoy immensely - Sleeping Pandas πΌπΌπΌπΌ. It allows you to practice listening and speaking. There's also focus on sentence structure. The activity was shared by David Chiesa, a language teaching fellow from the US, at a conference in Tashkent a few years ago. It has become one of my favourites since then.
