The new "Teens' English" coursebook for grade 8 has "Listen and check" tasks but no audio recordings for them.
To help you a little I made a PowerPoint version of exercise 3b on page 33. After doing exercise 3a, display the presentation on the whiteboard. Click on the "check" button to reveal the answers. Then click on a pile of books at the right bottom to go to the next slide. Hope you will find this material useful. Feel free to share it with your colleagues.

This "Mystery Square" interactive powerpoint game will spice up your Home reading lessons with 8th graders and help them understand the texts better. The questions are for "The Secret" and "Jane Eyre" texts.
How to play:
1. Put the file on the slide show mode by pressing F5.
2. Divide the class into two teams.
3. Ask one member from each team to choose a question.
4. After listening to the answer click on the square with that question and reveal the number of points.
