This Power Point presentation can be used for practicing speaking skills. There are pictures of writers from pages 30-31 of Teens' English 8 coursebook.
Put the presentation on the slide show mode by pressing F5. Click on the screen and you will see a picture of a writer, e.g. Alisher Navoi. Ask a student to name the writer and give as much information about him as possible. Hope you will find it useful and feel free to share it with your colleagues.

P.S. The powerpoint above is very simple. After you click on the screen wait a few seconds. The picture of the writer should zoom in. Click again and it will zoom out.

And these cute sporty PowerPoint games will be an excellent addition to your lessons about sport. You can use them as templates, i.e. replace the questions with your own.
Good news β The Project Competition is back, and this year weβre asking students to think about their ideal online video call. Who would they invite from today or in history as their guests? What would they ask their guests?
