2025 has been one of the most challenging years of my life, but it’s also been one of the most rewarding, because every test that was put in front of me forced growth rather than retreat.

I’ve faced more adversity than ever before, burglaries, constant uncertainty, the way the world is shifting, the instability that comes with that, and instead of weakening me it’s made me more fortified, more disciplined, more diversified, and far more intentional about who I allow around me and what I build going forward.

Across all five pillars I live by, mindset, personal image, health, relationships, and wealth, I’ve seen real acceleration, but especially within my family and my finances, because pressure has a way of sharpening priorities and stripping away anything that doesn’t truly matter.

Those moments weren’t setbacks, they were training grounds, and they pushed me harder than I’ve ever pushed myself before.

Now, as I look towards 2026, the focus shifts.

2026 will be a year of growth, but more importantly, a year of community.

I’m reigniting The Wise Gentleman, my community, with a deeper commitment to education, lived experience, and practical guidance across all five pillars, helping men who feel stuck, lost, or fragmented bring structure, strength, and pride back into their lives.

I’ll be live streaming more, sharing more of the lessons I’ve learned the hard way, hosting meetups, and being far more present inside the community, because I believe now more than ever that men need grounding, clarity, and brotherhood.

We’re living in a time where division has been engineered, extreme views on all sides, constant noise, constant outrage, and none of it is making people stronger, healthier, wealthier, or more fulfilled, it’s doing the opposite.

What actually moves the needle is men standing together, helping one another build better lives, stronger families, healthier bodies, clearer minds, and more control over their financial future.

That’s the work I’m committing to in 2026.

To everyone who has supported the journey so far, thank you.

And to everyone who created obstacles, applied pressure, or tested me along the way, thank you too, because those moments shaped the man I’m becoming and moved me closer to the life I’m intentionally building.

Dating isn’t broken, and it never has been, it just feels chaotic when you haven’t done enough work on yourself to know your own value, because when your self worth is unclear you’ll entertain almost anyone and tolerate behaviour that’s nowhere near exceptional.

When a man has genuinely put in the work, time, effort, discipline, blood, sweat, and uncomfortable self reflection into who he is, his standards become automatic, not forced, and he simply doesn’t have the appetite for low calibre connections anymore.

If you know you’re operating at a low level yourself, you’ll rationalise anything, ignore red flags, and convince yourself that chaos is normal, but when you raise your own calibre, dating actually becomes simple, because you attract what you are and you only tolerate what aligns.

At that point, the noise filters itself out quickly, not because you’re harsh or arrogant, but because you respect yourself too much to negotiate with anything that doesn’t meet the standard you’ve earned. ♾️🟢

This year is going to be monumental.

The Wise community will become bigger than ever.

Truly blessed to be playing a game I don’t want to stop.

To build a strong relationship, your partner has to trust you, and that trust is built the same way real confidence is built internally, through consistency and keeping your word in the smallest moments.

It starts with doing what you say you’re going to do, whether that’s picking up milk on the way home, being where you said you’d be at a certain time, or showing up when you said you would, because every broken promise, no matter how small it feels, quietly chips away at the foundation you’re standing on.

People tend to think trust is broken or built through the big moments alone, and while those matter, the truth is that stability, safety, and confidence in a relationship are created by the small things being done properly, over and over again, until your partner knows, without question, that your word means something.
