RF Drone / UAV Detection System
Aaronia AG presents the RF Drone Detection System. It is based on the Aaronia IsoLOG 3D Tracking Array Antenna, a rugged or remote-controllable Spectran V5 real-time Spectrum Analyzer and specialized RTSA Suite Software.

The Aaronia Drone Detection System exploits the radio-frequency (RF) radiation emitted by the UAV’s onboard systems and by the operator’s control unit.

Highlights of the system is the coverage of several kilometres, a detection time of 10 µS to 500 mS and the possibility to track the drone operator.

The Aaronia DDS can be used for spectrum monitoring and other RF signal tracking purposes too, covering 9kHz to 20GHz in total.
360 W, 48 V 2.5-2.7 GHz GaN RF Power Transistor
Qorvo's QPD2795 is a single-stage, fully-matched, discrete GaN on SiC HEMT that can be used in Doherty architecture for the final stage of a base station power amplifier for macrocell high efficiency systems. It features PSAT of 364 W at 48 V operation.
4 W Power Amplifiers for Point-to-Point Applications
MACOM's MAAP-011161 and MAAP-011193 are packaged linear PAs that operate from 7.1-7.9 GHz and 7.7-8.5 GHz, respectively. The devices offer OIP3 of +46.5 dBm and greater than +35.5 dBm Psat. The MAAP-011161 offers 22 dB small signal gain, while the MAAP-011193 provides 20 dB small signal gain.
Industrial cameras with USB 3.1 connector: IDS’ newly-developed USB 3 uEye LE series with USB 3.1 Type-C connector provides the latest generation of Sony’s high-sensitivity CMOS sensors: model UI-3860LE with Sony IMX290 (1936x1096, Full HD 120 fps), and UI-3880LE is with Sony IMX178 (3088x2076, 60fps). Available as housed or single-board version with different lens holders
4DSP Further Expands the Largest Analog FMC Portfolio on the Market

4DSP further established itself as the leader in the high performance analog FMC market with the addition of the FMC121 and FMC123. The FMC121 provides two 16-bit A/D channels up to 1Gsps and two 16-bit D/A channels up to 1.4 Gsps. The FMC123 provides four 16-bit A/D channels up to 1Gsps. Users can achieve multi-channel synchronization with external clock and trigger input. The ability to synchronize multiple FMC modules makes the FMC121 and FMC123 ideal for high-channel-count high-speed applications such as Beam Forming Radar or MIMO SDR Systems. When paired with the latest FPGA carrier cards such as the 4DSP PC821 customers can develop innovative solutions with state-of-the-art FPGA technology on an industry standard platform.
