Model BME69189-50 is a compact power amplifier module capable of 50 W output power from 6 to 18 GHz. Based on solid-state GaN device technology, the power amplifier module achieves 47-dB typical gain with ±4-dB gain flatness at 40 W output power across the frequency range. The Class-AB linear amplifier has maximum full-power input/output VSWR of 2.0:1. Spurious levels are -60 dBc, while second and third harmonics are -15 and -25 dBc, respectively. The amplifier module is supplied with built-in open/short test circuitry and field-replaceable female SMA connectors. It measures 6.56 × 3.50 × 0.84 in. and weighs 1.5 lb.
