Job Description

Elauto Engineering is seeking a motivated and dedicated Junior Legal Service Officer to support legal operations, documentation, and compliance activities within the company.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and reviewing legal documents and contracts

Support compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies

Maintain legal records and correspondence

Assist senior legal officers with research and case preparation

Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders when required

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB)

4 years of work experience

Basic knowledge of Ethiopian laws and regulations
Strong Drafting ,Negotiation and analytical Skills
Good communication and organizational skills

Ability to work ethically and confidentially

• ከአበዳሪ ተቋማት ጋር ያለው ግንኙነት፡ የክፍያና የብድር ሂደቶችን ለማቀላጠፍ ከአበዳሪ የፋይናንስ ተቋማት (ባንኮች) ጋር የነበሩ ጉዳዮችን ለመፍታት ከፍተኛ ጥረት ተጠናቆ አቢሲኒያ ባንክ ለማበደር ዝግጁ መሆኑን ካረጋገጠ ወራቶች እየተቆጠሩ ይገኛል። ጥቂት ማህበራት እንድታሟሉ የተጠየቃችሁትን ባሉት ጥቂት ቀናት አሟሉ ።

እነዚህን ከመንግስትና ከሚመለከታቸው የመንግስት አካላትና ከማህበራት መሪዎች ጋር የተጀመሩትን ጥረቶች በማጠናቀቅ መኪኖቹን በቅርብ ቀናት ውስጥ ለባለቤቶቻቸው የምናስረክብ መሆኑን በድጋሚ እያረጋገጥን በዚህ ሂደት ውስጥ ድርጅታችን አላስፈላጊ ወጪዎችና ኪሳራዎችን እያስተናገድን መሆኑን እየገለፅን ይህ ሂድተ በአጭር ጊዜ እንዲቋጭ ሁሉም የበኩሉን መስራት ይኖርበታል ሂደቱ ሲጠናቀቅና አጠቃላይ ሂደቱን በሚመለከት ዝርዝር መግለጫ የምንሰጥበትና ርክክብ ሲጀመር በየተራ የምናሳውቃችሁ ይሆናል።
