By using "Eki (@808eki)" samples you agree and accept the following terms:


- If you use a sample from this pack you agree to the aforementioned terms, and agree to split the publishing (50%), sales (50%), mechanicals, points & advance fees with "Eki (@808eki)".

- Must Credit & Use Tag (Prod. You x Eki)

- BeatStars Splits: 50%/50% (Sales & Publishing), must add to splits

- Any Content ID or other copyrights is prohibited and will result in a takedown of the release, if not negotiated otherwise

- Any release incorporating these samples must be cleared prior to its release.

- A publishing agreement and a beat license must each be executed before the release

- Selling beats with these loops as an exclusive requires prior negotiation; otherwise, such sales are invalid.

- You acknowledge that if these terms are violated or samples are not properly cleared, the releases will be removed or subject to legal action.


- MUST READ:

1. You must CREDIT Eki (@808eki) & use tag when using samples from this sample pack (Prod. "You" x Eki) - includes any beats made/produced by you and beats sent out to artists (indie/major artists).

2. Beat Sales:

If you are posting a beat for sale for, you must split Sales & Publishing with Eki (@808eki).

Must add to splits on Beatstars (https://www.beatstars.com/prodeki)

You will split sales, royalties & publishing in the following manner: 50%/50% (solo/individual samples)

3. Royalty-Split:

Samples are NOT ROYALTY-FREE you must split accordingly:

- For all beats using samples from this pack, royalties will be split 50%/50% with Eki.

- Publishing rights must be split 50% between Eki and You, (25% Eki, 25% You)

This includes releases with both indie and major artists, rappers, singers, recording artists, etc.

- You acknowledge that the releases will be taken down or pursued legally if these terms are not adhered to."

4. Clearance:

Every Major Release must be cleared with Eki

- If you place a record with a Major Label using the sample(s) in this kit, you agree to splitting the publishing (50%), mechanicals, points & advance fees with "Eki (@808eki)",
- You also acknowledge that the releases will be taken down or pursued legally if these terms are not adhered to."
