➼ The World Health Organization has declared  ' Jordan' as the first country in the world to be free from leprosy.
विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन ने ‘जॉर्डन’ को कुष्ठ रोग मुक्‍त होने वाला दुनिया का पहला देश घोषित किया है।

➼ The Indian Coast Guard has signed a Memorandum of Understanding for marine conservation with The Habitats Trust and HCL Foundation on September 19 in New Delhi. 
‘भारतीय तटरक्षक बल’ ने 19 सितंबर को नई दिल्ली में द हैबिटेट्स ट्रस्ट और एचसीएल फाउंडेशन के साथ समुद्री संरक्षण के लिए समझौता ज्ञापन पर हस्ताक्षर किए हैं।

➼ A poem titled 'Rashtriya War Memorial' and a chapter titled 'Veer Abdul Hameed' have been included in the Class VI syllabus of NCERT from this year. 
‘राष्ट्रीय युद्ध स्मारक’ शीर्षक से एक कविता और ‘वीर अब्दुल हमीद‘ शीर्षक से एक अध्याय को इस वर्ष से NCERT के कक्षा VI के पाठ्यक्रम में शामिल किया गया है।

➼ The fifth River Festival was inaugurated at  the Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts (IGNCA) in New Delhi on September 19 .

➼ European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen has announced aid of 10 billion euros for flood-hit Central European countries.

➼ The Indian Army signed a Memorandum of Understanding with  ' Tiranga Mountain Rescue' (TMR) on September 18 at the Centre for Land Warfare Studies, Delhi Cantt.
भारतीय सेना ने 18 सितंबर को दिल्ली कैंट स्थित सेंटर फॉर लैंड वारफेयर स्टडीज में ‘तिरंगा माउंटेन रेस्क्यू’ (TMR) के साथ एक समझौता ज्ञापन पर हस्ताक्षर किए है।

➼ The Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) will be awarded the prestigious 'UN Inter-Agency Task Force Award' for prevention and control of non-communicable diseases (NCDs) .
गैर संचारी रोगों (NCD) के रोकथाम और नियंत्रण के लिए भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान अनुसंधान परिषद (ICMR) को प्रतिष्ठित ‘यूएन इंटर-एजेंसी टास्क फोर्स पुरस्कार’से सम्मानित किया जाएगा।
