ဒီတစ်ခါမှာတော့ Self Study Challenge လေးကို ယခင်ကနဲ့ မတူတဲ့ ပုံစံလေးနဲ့ ပြုလုပ်ပေးမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

Self Study ကိုမှ Zoom class လေး ဖွင့်ပေးသွားမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

တစ်ပတ်လေးရက် Zoom တက်ရမှာ ဖြစ်ပြီး အဲ့အချိန်အတွင်းမှာ ပေးထားတဲ့ Challenge Guideline ထဲက စာကို လုပ်ရမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ Camera off ထားချင်လဲ ရပါတယ်။ Mic က‌တော့ ဖွင့်စရာ မလိုပါဘူးဗျ။

ကိုယ်စာလုပ်နေတဲ့အချိန်မှာ Zoom ကနေတဆင့် အခြားသူတွေလဲ စာတူတူလုပ်နေတယ်ဆိုတဲ့ အသိရယ် ၊အချိန်တစ်ခုအတွင်းမှာ စိတ်လေလွင့်မှုမရှိပဲ စာပြီးအောင် လုပ်ချင်တဲ့သူတွေအတွက် Zoom ဖွင့်ပေးသွားမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

🔺Self Study ဆိုတဲ့အတိုင်း စာစစ်ပေးမှာ၊ စာသင်ပေးသွားမှာ မဟုတ်ပါဘူးဗျ။ ပေးထားတဲ့ Guideline အတိုင်း စာလုပ်ပြီး 24hrs အတွင်း အိမ်စာထပ်ပေးရမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ကျွန်တော်တို့ အရင်လတွေကလဲ Challenge တွေ ပြုလုပ်ပေးခဲ့တော့ အားလုံးလဲ သိပြီးလောက်ပြီ ထင်ပါတယ်ဗျ။

ဒီတစ်ခါမှာတော့ EKC ကနေ နောက်ထပ် အတန်းတွေ ဖွင့်ပေးဖို့အတွက် Volunteer Teacher position လေးတွေ ခေါ်ယူသွားမှာပါဗျ။

✅ Volunteer Teacher position အတွက် လိုအပ်ချက်လေးတွေကတော့

🔺ကိုယ်ရဲ့ ပညာအရည်အချင်းက ကိုယ်သင်မယ့် Level ထက် နှစ်ဆင့်ရှိရပါမယ်။
🔺 Intermediate နဲ့အထက်ရှိရပါမယ်‌။
🔺 Speaking နဲ့ Grammar ကို အဓိက focus ထားပြီး သင်ပေးရမှာပါဗျ။
🔺 ကိုယ်ရဲ့ အလုပ်အပေါ် တာ၀န်ယူမှု ၊ တာ၀န်ခံမှုရှိရပါမယ်ဗျ။


❇️ Volunteer Teacher အနေနဲ့ ရရှိလာမယ့် အကျိုးကျေးဇူးတွေကတော့

🔺 အသင်းအဖွဲ့နဲ့ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်တတ်လာမယ်။
🔺 အခြားသူကို စာပြန်သင်ပေးရမှာဖြစ်လို့ ကိုယ်ရဲ့ Teaching Skill တွေ တိုးတက်လာနိုင်သလို ကိုယ့်အတွက်လဲ စာပြန်နွှေးပြီးသား ဖြစ်သွားမှာပါ။
🔺 Admin တွေကလဲ သဘောကောင်းကြတာမို့ ခုမှ Volunteer စလုပ်မယ့်သူတွေကလဲ တွန့်ဆုတ်မနေပဲ အပေါ်က အချက်တွေနဲ့ ကိုယ်က ကိုက်ညီတယ်ဆိုရင် EKC နဲ့လာရောက် လက်တွဲဖို့ ဖိတ်ခေါ်ပါတယ်ဗျ။

‼️ Teaching Volunteer ကာလ သုံးလအထက်ဆိုရင် ကျွန်တော်တို့ဘက်က Certificate ပေးအပ်သွားမှာပါဗျ။
