Take this inncident for example, irish nationals, going into a police station. just to ask questions, the answers to these questions, is our right, but muintear na héiReann are ignored.....Then in this sinario... Boom, in comes our primary law, bunreact na héiReann 1937, and i quote article 9.2 for this. " Fidelity ( Faithfulness to obligations, duties, or observances.) to the nation ( irish born nationals) and loyalty to the State are fundamental political duties of ALL citizens. " now, they seem to be showing loyalty, to the state by staying silent... right.? BUT, where is their fidelity to OUR people. ? which is the first principal in that sentence. seems like there is none. So, to me. those who are meant to uphold the law, seem to be, actually breaking that law here.
