Blue book. The articles still remain in the enrolled constitution in clo Full force of law in eiRe. The GFAreferendum was two jurisdictions. Northern Ireland and 26 county Republic of Ireland. Not 32 county referendum, as eiRe. Repugnant to the 63 article constitution. They get away with these things because people except the blue book as the colour of law. Blacks Law dictionary. Colour = false of debased. People excepted it because of the deception. Slight of hand tactics. Judicial review needed to inform the nation and correct our standing as an independent nation.

It was an agreement, not a codified treaty,to halt sectarian violence. A temporary arrangement. Nationalists now hold the majority for the first time since partition. GFA allows for a vote on the future status of NI, ie 50% + 1. The Windsor framework is the new treaty terms. Uk and European Union sharing the island between them. We fall under EU laws and UK will have some jurisdiction within the 6 counties. And all the main so-called Republican parties are accommodating it.

Ah sure we knew that anyway.
The Irish text that we have been led to believe is our text, is NOT. This is. Here is an abstract from a Irish dictionary in 1904. It is how OUR language should be written. Why does this matter..? Well, If Irish laws are written in it, which they are in ḃunɼeacṫ na héiɼeann 1937.... Then why are our islands legislations being written in two different languages ( Blue book) BUNREACHT NA hÉiREANN ( First introduced in 1942) Did they hold a referendum to change OUR text Not alone our constitution ( which did fundamentally change our laws) you will find the answer to be a big fat NO... ill quote ARticle 15.4.1 " The oireachtas shall not enact any law which is in any respect repugnant to THIS constitution ( meaning ḃunɼeaċt na héiɼeann 1937) or any provisions thereof " . ( they changed our text also) 15.4.2 " Every law enacted by the Oireachtas which is in any respect repugnant to THIS constitution or any provision thereof, shall , but to the extent only of its repugnancy, be INVALID.".?
this leave ye thinking...
fucking hell, is this knightmare ever gonna end.
