Not 32 county referendum, as eiRe. Repugnant to the 63 article constitution. They get away with these things because people except the blue book as the colour of law. Blacks Law dictionary. Colour = false of debased. People excepted it because of the deception. Slight of hand tactics. Judicial review needed to inform the nation and correct our standing as an independent nation.

It was an agreement, not a codified treaty,to halt sectarian violence. A temporary arrangement. Nationalists now hold the majority for the first time since partition. GFA allows for a vote on the future status of NI, ie 50% + 1. The Windsor framework is the new treaty terms. Uk and European Union sharing the island between them. We fall under EU laws and UK will have some jurisdiction within the 6 counties. And all the main so-called Republican parties are accommodating it.
