This is interesting. The word citizen used in UCC in other words, all legislation, and latin dig English is derived from the Gaelic word Saordnach .
Saordach can be transferred to English as Freelancer.
Look at the definition of freelancer according to Blacks law dictionary.
A freelancer is a privateer at basic level. A citizen is controlled under UCC.
