RTE news report from today, Irish children to learn Romanian in their own country's schools to accommodate Romanian children.

This one school has 26 different native languages spoken.

OPINION PIECE: In November we will be given the choice to remove article 41.2 from the constitution and probably replace it with new wording. That wording has not yet been formulated so at this point we can only speculate. But judging from what the Taoiseach Leo Varadkar had to say about the proposal his choice and use of language should leave one in no doubt as to what is envisaged. Also some indiscreet remarks by senior government people betrayed the strategy to massage this referendum over the line. Firstly let us look at article 41.2. It states “ By her life within the home women give to the state a support that without which the common good can not be achieved “ and also “ Mothers will not be obliged by economic necessity to engage in labour to the neglect of their duties within the home”. Old fashioned language I accept but is it all that bad. It strikes me that it is about choice and there is no choice if a mother has to work to make ends meet be it paying a mortgage or providing for other essentials. In an ideal world choice should be available but we know that for most people choice does not exist. I really wonder how many struggling parents dropping their children to crèches in early morning would choose to do so if real choice existed. The fact that real choice doesn’t exist is an embarrassing government failure. But already a fake spin is being put on the proposal saying that article 41.2 is about forcing women to stay in the home and this will be government strategy to get this referendum over the line. But the real agenda seems to be to abolish words like women and mother and replace them with ‘gender neutral’ terms. This proposed referendum is nothing about supporting women,women have been failed by the state for a long time but especially in very recent times when they have been exposed to the unwanted attention and violence of unvetted male migrants and also men,often with a history of sexual violence who identify as women. This is about pushing through transgender ideology and a LGBQT agenda aimed at remodelling society to their vision. Referenda in the past have been massaged through on carefully scripted narratives,deceit and a deficit of truth. Here we go again. This time the government and fake opposition focus will be on demonising all who would oppose this transgender government sponsored power grab. We need to see the proposed wording but that should not prevent anticipating and organising. Should we focus on giving parents a real choice by calling on government to live up to the spirit of the article and make sure that ‘no mother is obliged by economic necessity to engage in labour’. As for gender neutral language should we not define a male as a person with a Y chromosome and a woman as a person without a Y chromosome. Stick to the science,stick to common sense and stick to an unyielding commitment to oppose transgender ideology and LGBQT agenda driven policies at all and every opportunity. Keep our country safe.

Come up and spend a day with me I'll show you it all and were the fraud took place.... the first amendment was only written in English for a start and when referencing "time of war" they only use 28.3.3 in English text..... then after seeking those powers which were ultra vires therefore illegal they then under the emergency legislation act of time of war they brought out second amendment on 30th May 1941 were they changed nearly all the articles and most importantly they changed the text.... to standard Irish...
Then brought out the 50 articles 25th March 1942 still in the middle of a war which we were neutral.....
All done under emergency legislation in the dark of night early hours of Sunday 3rd September 1939....
All law's must be written in both languages and texts then enrolled in the office of the registrar in the Irish supreme Court 🙄
The list goes on....
But the main thing is to innerstand is that unless it's written in Cló Gaelach and then into English and enrolled after referendum....
Well it merely becomes a colour of law and not thee rule of law....
The National constitution of éiRe is what is known in law as the full canopy of law......
The rest are "working definitions" I'll say that again working definitions of thee rule of law which has been accepted by a majority and therefore becomes the rule of law under that colour of law....
But the constitution original form is the rule of law, the full canopy of the rule of law for our Nation and State
