What is so special about that photograph the we feel sick when we look at it. It's not a photo of a "blob of cells" It's a photo of a Human infant with its legs arms and head chopped off and its body crushed. . Suspended sentences for pornographic Child rape videos but jail if you display a photo of an aborted child or discreetly say a prayer at a Hospital.
