These people like to hide things in plain sight through Figures, For example.

“ In order to create an inclusive digital strategy FOR ALL who live, work and visit Waterford” .?
Who are ALL.? In that same paragraph, it states a projected increase of 60% with an increase of 33% in the south east region. I bet my bottom dollar, that this increase will be due to Foreign nationals Immigrating here and not Irish. How else could they project it.?
So in them terms that is 60% more foreign nationals.?
Leaving 40% Irish nationals of which, we dont know who are already foreign nationals.
So it seems to me, the Irish by 2040, will become a minority in the county of Waterford soon, and how many more of our cities is this planned for as the flood gates are left swinging open.?

Unless you have been living under a rock the past few years , you would know exactly what the Term “Smart” really means. ?
Fundamentally, it means to have CONTROL of and to be CONTROLLED by.

For example, Think of every thing that is a SMART Device in your life and what they can Control.
Your smart phone for example, can now connect to everything, as you can CONTROL your Tv, you can CONTROL your computer/Tablet/Laptop , with a touch of the screen.
IN fact, Now we can even all CONTROL our SMART washing machines from afar.?

In a good transparent world, that may seem like a good thing , very CONVENIENT.
But, this convenience comes with a price..?
Who else, can control YOUR devices while YOU are using YOUR device.?

SMART is most definitely about CONTROL, But NOT only YOURS.?
Just something to be aware of.
