Not a bad point actually. But folks lets now leave it to rest, if i see another post about it at this stage. It was obviously a distraction and it worked.. Folk are talking about it, all over the net, do you know what they are not talking about, the up and coming referendum for patent laws.. You may ask, what will that have to do with me.. And that is the point, most will.. But if your loved ones, didn't listen at the start, well.. Now is the time they are going to pay for that mistake, we must protect them at all costs.. and have a better understanding on what we will be asked to vote on... ?

I am all for folk, having a right to protect themselves if attacked ( no matter who they are, in uniform or not) , especially in what happens in domestic abuse, ( both men and woman) it happens with both.. But, I have a question for ms mcEntee. Though I also agree, a man and woman also have a right to protect themselves too while in uniform, if they are attacked for no reason... Like i said, everyone has a right to protect their own body. But, What if say, un provoked , a garda attacks someone.? What happens then ( and it has happened, children being pushed against railings, old men being dragged along the ground for standing up for their rights.. But it has to work both ways mcEntee... You can not have one law for some and then another for others... Remember, we are all Equal under law, whether in uniform or not.. ?
