To begin with, I would like to say that the most frequently chosen response to the survey question “What skills and qualities do you think are most important for your dream job ?” is “problem-solving and critical thinking ”, with 40% of the respondents choosing it. In addition, the options “Accuracy and attention to detail” and “Passion and enthusiasm”make up 16% and 9%of the total respectively.
According to the data, the proportion of those who believe that communication and collaboration are the most important skills for the job of their dream (30%) is higher than that of those in whose opinion leadership and initiative are of utmost importance (5%). It can be inferred that many good jobs in Zetland require dealing with people and sorting out problems. At the same time, I can assume that many of those surveyed are afraid of responsibility associated with jobs which require leadership skills.
However, there is a typical problem that can arise with not having the necessary skills for your dream job. If you lack such skills, you can fail to do your job properly. As a result, you can be dismissed. A solution is to ask your employer for some on-the-job training to acquire the skills you need.
In conclusion, I believe that professional training is very important for my future job because it will help me gain knowledge and hone my skills.

According to the data, communication and collaboration are seen as the most essential skills by 30%, while 16% of those surveyed believe that their future job will mostly require accuracy and attention to details. It can be assumed that Zetlanders are sociable people and prefer positions which necessitate collaboration. At the same time, I can suggest that many Zetlanders suffer from attention deficit disorder so they are not interested in jobs which require paying attention to detail.
It is worth mentioning that there are sone problems which can arise with not having necessary skills for one’s dream job. One of them

Как писать комментарий и как не писать комментарий. Осторожно, лонгрид.
1) попытаться объяснить, почему высокий показатель выше, чем низкий показатель. Это можно сделать, сказав что-то хорошее о высоком, и плохое о низком.
Посмотрим пример из эссе
про самые важные качества обучающих приложений.
Почему детям в зоопарке интереснее смотреть пингвинов, чем слонов?
Плохое про слонов - воняют, большие и могут показаться страшными.
Хорошее про пингвинов - смешные, красивые, выглядят, как мультяшки.
Почему Достоевского читают больше, чем Крылова?
Хорошее про Достоевского - a twisted plot, deeply psychological books, fascinating insights into lives of ordinary people
Плохое про Крылова - тут сложнее сейчас будет - не всем понятны его аллегории, его поэмы (?) могут показаться слишком простыми? неинтересными никому кроме детей?
