Contrary to our last message, there has been a change in the hotel room cleaning policy this year. The “Do not disturb!” sign will keep housekeeping from entering your room for ONE day. They will enter to clean your room the next day regardless.

If you are unable to watch EF Prime in your Estrel hotel room. Please call the reception desk.

Did you know that you can find your lost valuables in our EF app? If you are missing some of your treasures, navigate to More (…) > Services > Lost & Found. Good chance that what you lost has been found!

It’s getting much warmer today, please consider the priority needs of others when trying to board an elevator in your wing of the hotel. Thank you in advance.
