> The federal government of Germany has advised the states to extend the ban on large events until August 31st. This has not been put into law by the state of Berlin yet. We are in close contact with all our business partners and will make an announcement as soon as we have confirmation on the situation.

> Friends, it is with deep regret that we must announce the cancellation of Eurofurence for 2020. > We at Eurofurence know things are difficult for everyone now and have our attendees at the heart of everything we do. Your safety is our first priority and currently with the pandemic ongoing we feel we cannot reasonably run a physical event this year.

What does this mean? We will be delaying EF26 until 2022 (exact dates will be announced later). So this means you have extra time to work on those costumes, polish up the dance moves and we look forward to welcoming you in a safe setting.

Missing the Eurofurence vibe? We are happy to announce that Eurofurence Online will return during the 4th week of September 2021! Main chat #Discord, livestream, events, panels and @VirtualFurence providing awesome VR fun. Save the date! (Art by Kalani Arts and Alpha_Ki)

Can't wait for this year’s Eurofurence Online in September? Our Discord team is hosting a warm-up party with live DJ streams on 24th of April! Join in at: https://discord.gg/VMESBMM
