1. Create Accountability
Maintain a checklist, report to someone (your educator or parent or study partner) your daily tasks
2. Focus on Targets and not hours
Work on finishing up targets like How many questions you did ? Which all chapters you did ? Did you practice all derivations and solved ex of that days lecture ?
Now whatever hours it takes just do it
3. Discipline
Study at same time everyday. Fix a routine and not randomness

Most stupid advice to any aspirant be it JEE or NEET and that to 6 months before exam that "Sirf formulae karlo Physics mein, derivation ka koi use nahi"
please as if now you have to understand and practice even derivations (especially in mechanics and electrodynamics) as its instrumental in gaining confidence, command over the concept, skill to solve question if its not direct
Note: Along with JEE we have also included NEET
