01. First things first, import foto base yang mau kamu edit ke canvas di Ibis Paint. Setelah itu import foto satu lagi yang sudah dalam bentuk PNG transparan dan atur opacity layer PNG tadi.
02. Click F(x) > Blur > Moving Blur dan atur blur-nya sesuai keinginan kamu lalu setelahnya, pakai Liquify Pen dan atur blur-nya sekali lagi.
And you're done! I usually add a bit of coloring so the picture doesn't seem /awkward/ but feel free to modify it the way you wanted to! Hope this helps a bit, dearest.
