Nach dem Ecstatic Dance mit JULI öffnen wir am 18.04. gemeinsam einen Raum für eine tiefe Atemreise – geführt von Phillip Friedel, Gründer von GetHighOnYourOwn Supply®.
Phillip ist Breathwork-Ausbilder, Bodyworker und Freedive-Instructor. Seit über 10 Jahren kreiert er weltweit transformierende Räume, in denen Atem, Musik, Bewegung, Stille und Berührung miteinander verschmelzen. Seine Reisen führen dich über bewusst geführte Atemphasen immer tiefer – raus aus dem Kopf, rein ins Gefühl.
🌬 Was dich erwartet:
Eine intensive, musikalisch begleitete Atemreise, die dich Schicht für Schicht tiefer sinken lässt. Getragen von Klang und Stimme darfst du loslassen, fühlen und vertrauen. Du bekommst genau die Erfahrung, die dir guttut – ohne sie verstehen zu müssen.
Philipp kommt mit 2-3 Assistenten, um euch sicher durch die Reise zu führen.

🪩 Our dancefloor is an analog space where you can simply be yourself. We end the evening with a soft chill-down where you can connect, cuddle and recharge for the week to come.
🌍 Ecstatic Dance is a growing global movement – no alcohol, no drugs – just pure presence, music, and real connection.
😉 And honestly? It can be more fun than being half unconscious and full of substances at a rave…
