We will engage in a sequence of movements focused on isolating different parts of your body. This will help you refine your ability to control each part independently. The techniques and motions we'll explore draw inspiration from Latin American and African dance styles.

Sabina's has cultivated her passion for Afro-Latin Dance through classes, travels, and collaborations with diverse dance communities. Sabina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theater, Film, and Dance from Humboldt State University, Arcata, California.

Ram is a singing facilitator leading circles and rituals as well as part of Sri & the Green Beings mantra band. He draws from Celtic, medicine, Indian, rainbow, and mantra music to weave musical output which seeks to support audiences to connect to their hearts and others through singing. ✨

🎵 A Softer Ecstatic Dance Journey

· A DJ set with deep downtempo, juicy bass, and playful acoustic music, plus a short peak.

· A space where the music gives you lots of room to explore movement.

DOWN TEMPLE ECSTATIC DANCE has strong roots in deep organic bass music, slower BPM ranges, and more sensual and playful beats. Less peak-oriented; in that sense, Down Temple is a tantric approach to ecstatic dancing: riding the waves rather than quickly releasing the energy.

It will be very danceable! And there will be a peak—at some point.
