The Massage Jam will be guided by Dimitri Shenderey (@Dimishen), an experienced master, who will share the bases of the Thai-Yoga Massage with us. Let’s open up in the free movement and allow ourselves more freedom and authenticity to the DJ sets by @rgorskin and @jenya_shares. Activate our energy in the Breathwork session and relax deeply in the Sound Healing journey.

Dear Ecstatic Tribe, it's time to celebrate the spring and shine! ☀️ We will meet for an Ecstatic Dance One-Day Retreat in Wiesbaden in a private retreat center near Biebricher Schloss and Rhein on 27.04 at 13:00. We will warm-up in the Five Rhythms practice and activate our power in the breathwork session. Two Ecstatic Waves by @rgorskin and @jenya_shares will give you space for the free movement and expression. To integrate the experience we will relax into a Sound Healing journey with Shamanic Drums, Singing Bowls and other instruments. You can also try the Sadhu Board practice or experience Rapè ceremony.
