Dear Tribe! Get ready for a special Ecstatic Dance combined with the Massage Jam on 22.10 in Wiesbaden 💫 We will connect with our bodies in the Ecstatic Dance practice to the set of 2 DJs @rgorskin and @jenya_shares, integrate and relax through the Sound Healing Journey. The Massage Jam will be guided by Dimitri Shenderey (@Dimishen), an experienced master, who will share the bases of the Thai-Yoga Massage with us. After we will connect and share our experiences at the dinner table by the fire, growing our community 🌸

Dear Ecstatic Tribe, it's time to celebrate the spring and shine! ☀️ We will meet for an Ecstatic Dance One-Day Retreat in Wiesbaden in a private retreat center near Biebricher Schloss and Rhein on 27.04 at 13:00. We will warm-up in the Five Rhythms practice and activate our power in the breathwork session. Two Ecstatic Waves by @rgorskin and @jenya_shares will give you space for the free movement and expression. To integrate the experience we will relax into a Sound Healing journey with Shamanic Drums, Singing Bowls and other instruments. You can also try the Sadhu Board practice or experience Rapè ceremony. At the end of the evening we will enjoy the community dinner, where we can share and connect with each other.
