We are happy to announce that all glamping units will receive a free upgrade, at no additional cost for investors.
As part of this upgrade, we are installing a solid compound wall structure built with teak wood and plywood, specifically designed to:
• Better protect the glampings from rain and wind during the rainy season
• Improve durability and long-term resistance
• Enhance privacy, comfort, and insulation
• Elevate the overall look to a more luxury and resort-grade standard
This upgrade significantly improves the quality and longevity of each unit, making the glampings more robust, more premium, and better suited for both living and rental.

We continue the progress across key common areas of the project.
🔋 Solar Battery Building
Work is advancing steadily on the solar battery facility, which will support the project’s long-term sustainability and energy independence. This infrastructure is a key step toward creating a fully self-sufficient eco-resort.
🧺 Laundry Room
The laundry facility is also progressing well and will soon be available to support both guests and investors, improving daily operations and comfort across the community.

Great news from Sumba.
The solar panels have arrived on site and installation will begin over the coming days.
This first phase is designed to support up to 200 people living on-site, and we will continue expanding the system progressively as the project grows.
It’s a key step forward — moving us towards becoming a carbon negative project, designed to remove more CO₂ from the atmosphere than we generate.
Step by step, we’re not just building sustainably — we’re building for a net positive future 🌱
