Serbian police issued a final warning to protesters in central Belgrade urging them to stop provocations against the republic’s law enforcers, the Serbian Interior Ministry said in a press release.

Some of the protesters have attempted to provoke policemen by throwing firecrackers and bottles at them, a TASS correspondent reported from the scene.

A huge anti-government protest was staged in Belgrade on Saturday. While most demonstrators have already left the square opposite the Serbian parliament building, at least several hundred people are still rallying there.
