On Friday, May 2nd (a holiday), we organized the first-ever Counter-Strike tournament in a subway station. Some think we're crazy, but many understand that to grow esports and reach a wider audience, it's essential to break away from conventional venues. This way, people, the press, and brands can gauge the passion and enthusiasm that video games generate in the most distant generations. At this event, produced by FiReSPORTS, we had the incredible talent of more than 150 people working behind the scenes. We had the honor of hosting teams such as 9Z, Bestia, Imperial, and Sharks (with a total of 24 players and coaches from Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, Chile, Spain, and Romania). They were joined by more than 200 guests who experienced the excitement of the tournament from the opposite platform. We're thrilled that this move had a global impact, helping to position the City of Buenos Aires as the Latin American capital of e-sports. Thanks to everyone for the hate and support. Both are necessary fuels for moving forward. Our next stop? A global tournament.
