A friendship I swore would last forever, a job that felt like home, a relationship where I thought I had finally found peace......; all gone. Sometimes quietly, other times like a storm ripping through everything I built. It began to feel like a curse. Like the universe had stamped “loss” into my destiny.

Life is like a roller coaster....it happens to everyone. Some people share their feelings, while others keep them to themselves.

There's only one way to get past all this: Discover a hobby, like art, dance, sports, or swimming. It’ll distract your mind and make you enjoy learning new things. With a calm head, you can fix what went wrong. What’s happening to you is normal; it happens to everyone. But if you don’t divert your mind, it turns into deep loneliness. If you can’t share with anyone, try writing in a journal...it really helps. If that doesn’t work, just talk to a stranger about what’s on your mind. You might not get a solution, but your heart will feel lighter. We’re all ordinary people, and we worry others will judge us, but honestly, no one really cares. So, stay happy! 😊

It's not always our fault yet we keep blaming ourselves. We torment our minds over people who probably never even think about us. No one really cares that deeply, but we care so much that our self-esteem begins to crumble. We start believing we're the problem. And slowly, we become mentally exhausted… all because we held ourselves responsible for things that were never ours to carry.
