Aren't we humankind? aren't we as the same as boys? don't we have the same rights as boys? don't we have the right to learn? to educate? to work? to live as boys do.
Why we make to ask such questions from ourselves?
Why no one hears our sound?
Why all of the world are sleep?
Why they are blind ?
What is our fault?
But anyway with all of these sad stories of Afgha girls, with all of these injustices, with all of these problems, with all of these tough situations girls can grow and I believe on them. I am an Afghan girls and it is a big honor for me. 💯 💔

از درون مغاک سر بلند می‌کنم
آن‌چه از دور می‌بینی
نقطه‌ی روشنی است آیا؟
و می‌تواند رد پایت را گم نکند
وقتی گرگ نفس‌هایت
یکی دستت بر دهانش
به دنبالت
و قطره‌های خونت
خزندگان را به راهی که می‌روی
در مسیر کشیده‌است
حتا اگر عشق هم پا در میانی کند
خود کشتزار مارهای افعی است
حتا اگر فکر کنی هم‌زاد کوه هستی
مثل اشک‌هایش دور جهان می‌پیچی
و کثافت را از صورت جانیان پاک می‌کنی
سرم را دوباره در مغاک فرو می‌کنم
و آرزو دارم پوستم با خاک هم‌سان شود
خونم ریشه‌ی گل‌های سرخ را آبیاری کند
قلبم جا خالی کند از سینه‌ام
و در کنار پهلوانان هزارساله بیارامد
استخوان‌هایم اندکی
وزنه‌ی زمین را بردارد
ما همه ستایش‌گر تاریکی استیم
تنها عصا و کلاه‌مان
در روشنی راه میروند.

Today, the increasing growth of technology has undeniably affected various industries. The use of these technologies leads to improving production efficiency, reducing costs, increasing accuracy and speed of production as a result of increasing profitability. The purpose of this research is to study and investigate the relationship between the use of technology and the level of profitability in manufacturing companies in Taleghan city. This research examines the status and performance of 10 manufacturing companies in Taleghan city. The statistical population of this research includes 57 managers and employees of these companies. The sample size of 50 people was determined using Yemaneh's formula. The sampling method in this research is of a simple random type. In this research, library and field methods are used to collect information. The results of this research show that there is a significant and positive relationship between the use of technology and the profitability of manufacturing companies, and the Pearson correlation test also confirms this hypothesis with a correlation value of 598. So we can say that there is a positive relationship between the use of technology and the profitability of manufacturing companies and this relationship
