Everyone's scared Al will replace them.
Almost no one is learning how to use it.
Al didn't kill developers.
It didn't kill designers.
It didn't kill analysts.
It exposed who was relying only on execution.
The real shift?
From doing the work β to directing the work.
The people winning right now aren't the most talented.
They're the fastest adapters.

β’ Developers using Al = faster problem-solving
β’ Creators using Al = unfair consistency
Meanwhile, others are busy posting: "It's over."
It's not over.
