Earlier today, withdrawals were temporarily suspended while our team investigated a P2P dispute involving a merchant who remained inactive throughout most of the transaction, then confirmed availability and encouraged the buyer to proceed with payment only moments before the payment countdown expired. As a result, the buyer completed the payment, but the order was automatically cancelled by the system due to the expired deadline.
To protect user funds and ensure a fair outcome, our team immediately intervened, reviewed the evidence, and resolved the case accordingly.
Let this serve as a reminder to all users and merchants: such behavior is unacceptable and will not be tolerated on EBR. Any attempt to mislead counterparties, manipulate trade timelines, abuse platform features, or engage in dishonest conduct may result in account suspension, merchant privilege revocation, or permanent account bans.
EBR reserves the full right to take any action necessary to protect the platform and its users.
