Unfortunately, progress on Dead End: The Lionfield Cure has come to almost a complete stop as those involved in the project have become increasingly more pre-occupied with other important work. At this rate, we fear that we will miss the 2025 release window, especially as we are over a quarter of the way through the year already and the project does not look any different from what it looked like in the teaser trailer which came out last year.

This is a very ambitious project, and sometimes we feel like it's more worth it to just bin it and move on. But this has been planned since the very beginning of the whole Dead End megaproject in December 2023, and it's meant to be the final part of the Dead End storyline and is what concludes the story, so abandoning this project will forever make the storyline feel incomplete for us and for you, which we don't want.

Although this is something we wouldn't normally do, in order to help you keep us accountable for this project, we have decided to publish the full revised timeline for the project. The timeline is shown in the image posted above. We're sorry for the lack of progress, and we will try our best to stick to this timeline - now that it's public, there's no more excuses left to give.

Five Faizul Fridays DX

We are excited to announce that Five Faizul Fridays DX will be available in early access on the 23rd of August 2025. The game is largely complete, but still requires bug fixes and polishing, and we would appreciate your help. The early access build will be available whether you want to help development or if you just want to play early.

As an early access player, you will have the opportunity to directly support development by reporting bugs or testing the game with different hardware configurations and so on. If you choose to contribute in this way, we will add your name (real name or a username, whichever you prefer) to the in-game credits, as long as you contact us privately providing explicit consent and proof of purchase to confirm your identity.

When the early access builds are released, they will be available on the game's itch.io page as normal. You will still gain access to all future updates after the game is officially released. Please note that if you decide to purchase the Supporter's Pack, the Supporter's Pack files will not be available until the game officially launches.

If you have already pre-ordered the game, you will automatically gain access to the early access builds and eventually the official release and future updates.

Five Faizul Fridays DX is now OUT in early access! The game will receive frequent minor updates, so make sure not to lose your download link. If you decide to get the game early, you will automatically have access to the full release in January.
