We have been made aware of an encryption key compromise which granted unauthorised access to thousands of game files from all of our titles since 2022, released and unreleased. Measures have been taken by The VIE Project to further secure our files and we are actively looking for those responsible.

The VGR Index

The VGR Index (VGR = VIE Game Rating) is a videogame rating system introduced by The VIE Project in December 2023. It is used as a replacement for other rating systems such as PEGI or ESRB since at the moment EBJB Games cannot legally use these for its titles as they are trademarked.

The scale goes from 1 to 5, with each increasing number representing a more mature target audience. Here are some loose equivalents between VGR, PEGI, and ESRB for reference:

• VGR 1 | ESRB Everyone | PEGI 3
• VGR 2 | ESRB Everyone 10+ | PEGI 7
• VGR 3 | ESRB Teens | PEGI 12
• VGR 4 | ESRB Mature | PEGI 16
• VGR 5 | ESRB Adults Only | PEGI 18

VGR General Age Ratings:
• VGR 1: 4+
• VGR 2: 9+
• VGR 3: 14+
• VGR 4: 16+
• VGR 5: 18+

Please note that VGR Ratings can only be used by The VIE Project and its subsidiaries, and any of our partners so long as their content has been formally tested and rated by us first.

VGR Ratings and conditions are subject to change and it is the responsibility of the consumer to make sure that they are aware of the VGR requirements and any changes that happen to them prior to playing any of our titles.

It will only be available on the EBJB Games website for a short time, and will then be removed forever.

Should we make a revised edition version of our very first game 'Resizer'?

The game will be fully re-programmed, however the same assets and mechanics will remain. The purpose for developing this is to create a version of Resizer that we can actually be proud enough of to release, and be coded efficiently enough so that any changes made to the game won't be borderline impossible to do. We will code the game to be a replica of the demo version we made in 2022, or as close as possible. If we do create a revised edition for 'Resizer', we will also relist the Resizer DEMO on our website, which will be available to download and play - or perhaps we'll even relist it once development of Resizer: The Revised Edition begins.

Is this something you're interested in seeing in the future? We are currently pre-occupied with a lot of projects at the moment so please do not expect this to happen any time anytime soon.

Pigeon Puller

Today marks the 1st anniversary of EBJB Games title, "Pigeon Puller"
For that ocassion our studio artist created a special artwork (in their style!) remembering the games existence.

We are happy for EBJB Games how far they've come in making games and we cannot wait for newer titles that feature new mechanics and gameplay!
