@jibanroul asked how to find a niche for their blog, which covers various topics, to boost their confidence and focus.

🔍 Finding a focus for your blog is important, @jibanroul. While we can’t choose a niche for you, a niche often emerges where your interests overlap with those of an audience. This happens organically and works best when you’re authentic and passionate about the topic.

🌱 For example, unless you have experience in growing indoor plants, it will be challenging to engage with the plant parent community. Right now, your blog appears a bit unfocused, as if you’re trying different things to see what works, but nothing seems to stick.

🎯 To improve, focus on what you believe you can add value to and let go of the rest. Remember, on social media, it’s not enough to just publish content and wait for people to find it. You need to actively engage with communities on platforms like X (formerly Twitter), Reddit, online forums, etc.

💬 By participating in conversations and building relationships, you’ll gradually attract more visitors and increase engagement on your blog.

🛠️ There are many social media publishing and monitoring platforms available, and finding the right one for you might require some testing. Here are a few insights to guide you:

🧪 Test and trial: Most tools offer a free trial or even a free tier, like AgoraPulse. Take advantage of these trials to see which platform suits your needs best.
💰 Cost vs. features: No tool is perfect. The ones with the most sophisticated features, such as SproutSocial and Sprinklr, tend to be quite expensive. You’ll likely need to make some compromises based on your budget and requirements.
⚙️ API limitations: Not all features of all social media channels are available via APIs, and therefore, not all features can be accessed through third-party tools.
⭐ Research: Check reviews online to get a sense of user experiences. I often find the blog posts on https://iag.me very helpful for in-depth reviews and comparisons.
