Staying on a workout regime is tough. You never know what will happen.
For the last 10-11 days I have been struggling with anxiety and lack of sleep. This is where mental conditioning comes into play. I'm trying my best to maintain the routine and follow the 10+ ( pills medicine ) routine.
I know this is frustrating since I have been consistent with my diet and workout, but shit happens. You can't help with it. After all it's Life. It's unpredictable.
