Agoraphbia with panic disorder


A middle-aged person reported to Psychiatric OPD with the complaints of the fear of leaving home, fear of travelling alone and fear of being in a crowd. He develops marked anxiety with palpitations and swelling if he is in these situations. He often avoids public transport to go to his place of work. What is the diagnosis?

Agoraphbia

A 22-year-old college student is brought by his family because he has been hearing voices commenting on his actions and believes that his classmates are spying on him. He has become socially withdrawn and has stopped attending classes. His symptoms have been present for 3 months.
After treatment, the hallucinations and delusions gradually resolve. However, a few weeks later, he becomes persistently sad, loses interest in activities, feels hopeless about his future, and develops suicidal thoughts.

Diagnosis:

28-year-old man has experienced auditory hallucinations and persecutory delusions for several months. During much of this time, he also has significant depressive symptoms including low mood, anhedonia, and suicidal ideation.
However, his psychiatrist notes that for 3 consecutive weeks he continued to have hallucinations and delusions despite having no depressive symptoms at all.

A 47-year-old woman is brought to the psychiatric clinic because she has become increasingly withdrawn over the last month. She reports poor sleep, loss of appetite, low energy, and feelings of hopelessness. She has stopped going to work and rarely leaves her house.
During the interview, she tearfully states that she is responsible for all the suffering in the world and that her family would be better off if she were dead. She also reports hearing a voice repeatedly telling her that she deserves punishment for her sins.

Employees complain that projects are delayed because he repeatedly revises minor details. He rarely delegates responsibilities because he believes others will not meet his standards. Obsessive-Compulsive Personality Disorder (OCPD)
