2. بالنسبه للاصابه المشتبه في مصاحبتها للاصابه الاصليه دي مرتبطه بفترة العلاج
فلو كتبت لا يوجد اصابات مصاحبه
اكتب في فترة العلاج اقل من ٢٠ يوم ما لم يحدث مضاعفات
اما لو كتبت يوجد اصابات(نزيف او كسر في الجمجمه على سبيل المثال )
اكتب في مدة العلاج أكثر من ٢٠ يوم

وخد بالك تكتب أكثر او أقل من ٢٠ يوم (متكتبش ٢١ ومتكتبش ٢٠ وتسكت)

٣.بالنسبه للعلاج فكل الجروح هتكتب
(تنظيف وغيار ) وتزود لو فيه قطع او طعن او جرح راضي اكتب ( وعمل غرز جراحيه )
