A DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) is like a crypto-powered club that runs on code — no CEOs, no managers. In simple words, they are leaderless, token-governed groups where decisions are made by the people.
Members vote using tokens to decide what the group does — like launching products, funding ideas, or changing rules.
Example: Imagine a global community pooling funds to invest in startups. Instead of one boss, token holders vote on every decision. That’s a DAO.
Why it matters: DAOs bring true decentralization to organizations — giving power back to the community.
