🚨🇹🇼BREAKING: 5.0 MAGNITUDE EARTHQUAKE STRIKES OFF TAIWAN, SHAKES EAST CHINA
A 5.0 magnitude earthquake struck waters off Taitung, Taiwan, at 1:09 PM Thursday, with a depth of 15 km, according to the China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC).
Tremors were felt across the Taiwan Strait, reaching Fuzhou, Quanzhou, and other parts of Fujian province in East China.
No immediate reports of damage or casualties, but seismic activity in the region remains closely monitored.
