የመንገድ ዘርፍ አፈጻጸም ላይ የሚታዩ ተግዳሮቶች እና ቀጣይ አካሄዶች ላይ ውይይት ተካሄደ
የከተማ እና መሠረተ ልማት ሚንስትር ወ/ሮ ጫልቱ ሳኒ የኢ መ አ መንገድ ምርምር ማዕከልን ጎብኝተዋል
አዲስአበባ፣ መጋቢት 09፣ 2017 (ኢ መ አ):- የመንገድ ዘርፍ አፈጻጸም ላይ የሚታዩ ተግዳሮቶች እና ቀጣይ አካሄዶች ላይ በኢ መ አ የመንገድ ምርምር ማዕከል ውይይት ተካሂዷል።
በውይይቱ ላይ በመንገድ ዘርፍ ባለፉት ዓመታት የተመዘገቡ ስኬቶች፣ ዘርፉን የገጠሙት ተግዳሮቶች እና ቀጣይ የመፍትሄ አቅጣጫዎች ላይ ገለጻ ተደርጓል። በተጨማሪም ከሚንስቴር መ/ቤቱ ድጋፍ ሊደረግባቸው የሚችሉ ጉዳዮችም ተለይተው ቀርበዋል።
በዚህም ረገድ የሀገሪቷን የመንገድ ሽፍን የመንገድ ዘርፍ ልማት ፕሮግራሙ በ1989 ከነበረበት 23 ሺህ ኪሎሜትር አሁን ላይ ወደ 171 ሺህ ማድረስ እንደተቻለ ገላጻው ላይ ተጠቁሟል።
ሆኖም ባለፉት ጊዜያት የጋጠሙ የግንባታ ግብዓት ዋጋ መናር፣ የወሰን ማስከበር፣ የጸጥታ ስጋት፣ የመንገድ ጥገና ላይ ያሉ ክፍተቶች(የማሽነሪ እና የባለሞያ እጥረት)፣ ደካማ የፕሮጀክት አመራር እና የሀገር በቀል የሥራ ተቋራጮች ተወዳዳሪነት ማነስ ዘርፉን እንደፈተኑት ተነስቷል።
ይህም ፕሮጀክቶች በተያዘላቸው ዋጋ እና በቀመጠላቸው ጊዜ እንዳይጠናቀቁ እንዲሁም ብቁ እና ተወዳዳሪ ተቋራጮች ገበያ ላይ እንዲቀንሱ ተጽዕኖ አሳድሯል ተብሏል።
የፖሊሲ ማሻሻያዎችን ማድረግ፣ መጠናቀቅ በሚችሉ ፕሮጀክቶች ላይ ቅድሚያ ትኩረት መስጠት እንዲሁም የግብዓት አቅርቦት ላይ ያሉ ችግሮችን መቅረፍ እንደሚገባ በገለጻው ላይ ተጠቁሟል።
የኢትዮጵያ መንገዶች አስተዳደር ዋና ዳይሬክተር መሐመድ አብዱራህማን (ኢ/ር)፤ ዘርፉ ላይ የሠው ኃይል እጥረት መኖሩን ጠቁመው፣ አሁን ካለው በተሻለ ዘርፉ ብቁ እና ሥልጡን በኾኑ ባለሞያዎች በሳይንሳዊ መንገድ መመራት ይኖርበታል ብለዋል።
የከተማ እና መሠረተ ልማት ሚንስትር ወ/ሮ ጫልቱ ሳኒ፤ መንገድ በሀገሪቱ ዕድገት ላይ የማይተካ ሚና እንዳለው አንስተው፣ የዘርፉ ተግዳሮቶች ውስብስብ በመኾናቸው ለመሠረታዊ ችግሮች ቅድሚያ መስጠት ይገባል ብለዋል።
ካለው የሥራ ስፋት እና ውስብስብነት አንጻር ከባለድርሻ አካላት ጋር ተቀራርቦ በመፍትሄዎቹ ላይ መምከር እንደሚገባም ገልጸዋል።
ቀሪ የወሰን ማስከበር ሥራዎችን ማጠናቀቅ እና ከአዋጁ ጋር በተገናኘ ያሉ ክፍተቶች ላይ የግንዛቤ ማስጨበጫ ሥራ መሥራት፣ የመንገድ ጥገና ዘርፉን ለግል ተቋራጮች ሳቢ ማድረግ እንዲሁም ተቋማዊ ባሕልን ዳግም ማጤን እንደሚገባ ክብርት ሚንስትሯ አሳስበዋል።
በቀጣይም በሚንስቴር መ/ቤቱ በኩል ድጋፍ ሊደረግባቸው የሚቻልባቸውን ጉዳዮች በመለየት አስፈላጊው ድጋፍ እንደሚደረግም አረጋግጠዋል።
በሌላ በኩል የኢ መ አ የመንገድ ምርምር ማዕከል አጠቃላይ የሥራ እንቅስቃሴ ላይ ገለጻ እና ጉብኝት ተደርጓል።
ማዕከሉ አዳዲስ ሐሳቦችን የሚያመነጭ እና ዘመኑን የዋጀ መኾን እንደሚገባው እንዲሁም ከምርምር በዘለለ የመንገድ ዘርፉን በማዘመን ረገድ ከፍተኛ ሚና እንደሚኖረው ተጠቁሟል።

This initiative focuses on optimizing structural design, materials, and construction methodologies for a selected project in Addis Ababa.
We are seeking one experienced structural engineer and one material engineer to join our team and contribute their expertise to this assessment. Volunteers will be recognized by the Association for their valuable contributions. EACE members only.

Today, April 28, 2025, the Ethiopian Association of Civil Engineers (EACE) proudly joined hands with ECC - Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation and UNOPS to commemorate the World Day for Safety and Health at Work at ECC Paradise Hall and ECC Industry Zone.
Under the theme "Prioritizing Safety, Protecting Lives: A Collective Commitment to Workplace Health and Safety," the event featured:
