Current Status #GERD Dam, the civil work is almost at completion, the metals work like pipe installation and turbine, generator, the part where the power of water the kinetic energy changed to mechanical through the turbine then final to electrical energy through the generator and the setup work equipment installation are the main remaining activities.....

Many Ethiopian engineers and professionals are working 24/7 in three shifts to complete the project as soon as possible.
Around 60billion birr is needed for the electromechanical and electrical transmission works
