Today, April 28, 2025, the Ethiopian Association of Civil Engineers (EACE) proudly joined hands with ECC - Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation and UNOPS to commemorate the World Day for Safety and Health at Work at ECC Paradise Hall and ECC Industry Zone.
Under the theme "Prioritizing Safety, Protecting Lives: A Collective Commitment to Workplace Health and Safety," the event featured:
Opening remarks from leaders of EACE, ECWC, and UNOPS.
Insightful technical sessions by Ms. Eden Teshome and Eng. Suliman BAH.
A vibrant panel discussion on real-world safety challenges.
A valuable site visit to ECWC construction sites to witness best safety practices in action.
