Note:
- init -v2ray, that's only works if your v2ray is websocket
- if you set -v2ray, port 80 will always pointing to v2ray but for port 443 it will work finely
- init -psi, that's only works if protocol psiphon is fronted meek or fronted meek http
- init -default set to listen port ws-epro
