CongratulationsπŸŽ‰
We are working on launching a Test Series for Answer writing practice at the earliest possible.

With only 2 months remaining till mains, we don't believe any coaching centre can do justice to a full-fledged mains course.

Students can avail study materials and test Series, but we strongly urge the students to go for self study in this limited amount of time, instead of going for a full-fledged course.
Releasing soon
Visit www.ekuhipath.com for enrollment.
Thank you, Everyone. Always indebted and grateful πŸ™β€οΈ

Few suggestions from our end:

First and foremost, if you have age in your side and determination in your mind, don't waste time thinking what promotions you will get in these Grade III jobs. They generally takes eternity to get promotion (same case for most Grade II jobs as well). Getting a Grade I/II job with another 2-3 years of dedicated preparation is anyday better than getting promoted after 10-15 years of Grade III service.

Anyway:

1) If you are an APSC aspirant, and have the self-belief that your preparation is going in right direction, then go for a less tedious post.

2) If you have two posts with similar work pressure, then career progression and seniority prospects need to be taken into consideration.

3) If you are not so into APSC preparation, then go for the post which have diverse field of work and more reputed service profile, like ABDO, of course with better GP.

4) If you have two posts with different grade pays, go for higher grade pay job irrespective of whether you are preparing or not. If you have the sincerity and perseverance, you will anyway make time for higher job preparation.

5) Govt is making arrangements to initiate intra-dept transfer, so there's a higher probability that even if today you are posted at a less hectic position, it may not be same in next 4-5 years.
