Responsibilities
· Coordinate with manning agents for selection of crew and officers
· Perform verification of crew qualifications and experience
· Conduct briefings for Masters / Chief Engineers before joining vessel.
· Manage daily operations of crewing department
· Plan and implement crew schedule, rotation and documentation
· Interact with crew for all welfare issues
· Arrange hotel and accommodation for crew
· Ensure internal records and company systems are updated.
· Attend to all ship staff queries related to human resource issues
· Manage and update crew certificates and personal details
· Ensure that vessels are meeting the MLC requirements
Requirements
· Min Diploma in any discipline
· At least 2 years of crewing experience
· Knowledge of MS Office
· Good command of English and able to manage crew from various nationalities
