Rixsitilla is one of brilliant students. I had no doubt he could get at least 7 but writing 5,5 came out of nowhere. Overall 6,5 is still a decent score everyone admires, though. Wish him good luck with his future endeavors.

Ikromjon , a sleepy student of mine, managed to get a wonderful result, though he deserved more. He is still young enough to conquer the world and now he can focus on his other subjects. Good luck, Mr.

Ali, i used to call him Alisher, is on his way to China. He was also one my favorite students regardless of his laziness. Overall 6 is an amazing score unless you are going to become an English teacher. Wish him good luck.

Last but not least, please, welcome our golden, star boy, Xojiakbar.

Firdavs got a wonderful result, though he deserved more. He is still young enough to achieve higher results and now he can focus on other subjects. Congratulations Mr.

What if you're not actually behind, may be you are just comparing your beginning to someone else's middle. You see their success but not the years they spent building it, their confidence but not the doubt they had to overcome. Keep learning, keep working , keep showing up. You just need to keep moving. Your story is not over yet.

"Doing the thing is doing the thing." This line from strangestloop's essay has become a mantra across the productivity internet. But knowing it and living it are different. Take the IELTS: plenty of people spend months watching tips videos and planning study schedules without ever sitting a timed practice test. If you want a 7.0+, here are three ways to stop preparing to prepare and actually start:

Let's not forget that thinking, talking and planning give you a smaller dose of the same dopamine reward as actually doing the thing. So fantasising about the benefits feels satisfying and you never start. Planning also feels safe because you can't fail at it. But if you plan forever you fail by default. You've avoided failing in public by making sure you fail in private.

1 Commitment devices and social pressure.

Make a group chat or habit group with friends. Agree on small daily steps and compare how many days each of you actually did it.
For every day you skip, tear up your country's smallest banknote and throw it in the bin. The extreme version is filming yourself doing it. This trick has helped people quit cocaine because the shame is so strong.

2 Start embarrassingly small.

You're currently doing nothing, so no first step is too small. Want to write a book? First try one or two Substack posts a week for four weeks. If 30 push-ups a day feels pathetic, it's still 30 more than you do now. Don't let shame about the small first step stop you.

3 If you have to do it alone, use Tony Robbins' pain–pleasure exercise.

Spend 5–10 minutes writing down what not starting has cost you in the past, costs you now, and will cost you in the future: missed life, missed progress, shame, wasted time. Then write how proud, fulfilled and connected you'd feel in the past, present and future if you did it. Feel both sides as strongly as you can, and reread the list every morning.

O'zingizni majburlang!

Ba'zida shunaqa paytlar bo'ladi o'qigiz kelmay qoladi, kursga qo'shilgansiz lekin uy ishlarini qilgiz kelmaydi. Ich-ichizdan qiziqishiz so'nadi. Ayniqsa buni ta'mini self-study qilishga urinib ko'rganlar yaxshi tushinadi, shundaymasmi?

Bir paytlarda Ingliz tilini o'rganishni endi boshlaganimda mendayam bo'lgan bunday narsa.

Lekin baribir, bilasiz Ingliz tilini yaxshi o'rganvolsayiz sizni yaxshi ish kutib turibdi. Bilasiz Ingliz tili sertifikatiz bo'lsa chet elda bemalol o'qiy olasiz va Ingliz tilini bilish sizni xayotizni, kelajagizni anchagina o'zgartiradi.

Shunday ekan, Ingliz tili sizni rivojlantirishini bilsayiz, ustoziz bergan vazifalarni xohlamasayizam, ichizdan qiziqish bo'lmasayam, charchagan bo'lsayizam bajaring. O'zizni majburlang!

O'sha siz taniydigan IELTS 8.5/9.0 olgan mashhur ustozlar Ingliz tilini o'zi qiziqib o'rgangan deb o'yleslarmi?

Yo'q. Ularda shunchaki intizom kuchli bo'lgan. Intizomli insonlar nimadur o'rganishni boshladimi, qancha band bo'lsa ham, xohlamasa ham, zerikib ketsa ham, charchasa ham o'zini majburlab o'qiydi, o'rganadi

Shaxsan menda ham boshida Ingliz tilini o'rganishga kuchli xohish, intilish, qiziqish bo'magan. Men shunchaki men buni qilishim kerak chunki ertaga menga aniq foydasi tegadi deganman va o'qiganman.

P.s: Tanani his-tuyg'ularmas miyya boshqarsa to'g'riroq qarorlar qabul qilasiz.
