BREAKING DV2020-21 NEWS 😞

WE LOST THE APPEAL.

The recent denial of appeals in the #DV2020 and #DV2021 cases has left many plaintiffs feeling deeply disappointed and saddened. This outcome highlights the challenges and adverse effects that U.S. immigration laws can have on diversity visa lottery winners.

Despite their hopes and dreams of starting a new life in the United States, these individuals are now faced with the harsh reality that their efforts and aspirations have been thwarted by a system that often seems indifferent to their plight.

Former President Trump's and President Biden's policies toward legal immigrants have exacerbated this situation. The restrictions and changes implemented under their administrations have been viewed by many as misguided and discriminatory, disproportionately affecting those who seek to come to the US through legal channels. These policies have not only disrupted the lives of countless diversity visa lottery winners but have also raised concerns about the fairness and inclusiveness of the American immigration system.

There isn't much to say. We are grateful to all our friends who have been trying, supporting and working on this path for years. Thanks to them, we have taken many positive steps and supported thousands of DV winners, and we will continue to do so.

Justice should not be in the hands of self-aware and spoiled politicians. Obstacles placed on LEGAL immigrants due to their personal desires should be removed and an immigration policy equal to everyone should be adopted.

Consulates should support people and provide them with a beneficial interview process. DV with a time limit is a visa that deserves privilege in this regard and it will remain so..

Thanks again to everyone for their support!

🚨 LAST DV2020/DV2021 Update 🚨

*from Curtis Morrison;

Today, 11 judges of the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit have issued an order denying the petition for rehearing en banc.

Unfortunately, this is the end of the road for Gomez, Goodluck, and Rai lawsuits, and it means all DV-2020 and DV-2021 journeys are now over.

Many of our DV-2020 and DV-2021 clients have suffered greatly. You all deserve a better outcome than this. I am very sorry and sad.
