higher reputation β more trust β more volume β more earnings

1. platform resolves your duel
> you get +2 if your reputation is below 50
> you get +0.25 if your reputation is 50 or higher
2. you self-resolve correctly
> you get +3 if your reputation is below 50
> you get +0.5 if your reputation is 50 or higher
self-resolve gives more, but comes with responsibility
How you lose reputation:
1. you self-resolve incorrectly
2. someone submits a report
3. admin approves it

second time β reset to 0 + self-resolve disabled until you earn back 20
